Recognizing this, Ofélia, with our assistance, revamped their digital platform for a better customer experience, integrating enhanced UX & UI designs. They introduced an e-commerce store with features like the "wardrobe" assistant, providing a personal stylist and the option for real-time assistance. This digital transformation aimed to replicate the in-store experience, with online product displays mirroring those found in physical stores, ensuring a consistent, premium Ofélia shopping experience across all platforms
